Opening in Sales @ Smollan , Bangalore

We have a new requirement for our Client "Smollan".

Job Purpose:  

·         The role is responsible for execution of day-to-day activities at OTC outlets with the objective of interacting with High end shoppers to promote the Liquor brand 

·         Do merchandising activity at stores as per calls planned - Adherence to call cycle 

·         Visit to stores as per calls planned

·         Monitor and provide OOS SKU / Outlet Report

·         Liaise with store personnel, TSE - ensure delivery of stocks 

·         Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene on shelves 

·         Adherence to Share of Shelf targets for each category 

·         Merchandising of stocks (as per guidelines provided) 

·         Maintain Assets, Fill assets with sufficient stock 

·         Inform Supervisor / FM in case of Assets is damaged or not available 

·         Implement promotional stock in stores 

·         Achievement of Sales Targets 

·         Engage with shopper by providing more information on our products, explain about offers / promotions to customer, 


Behaviour Skills: 

Able to communicate in Local Language.  Able to communicate in English Language  Good in arithmetic Skills  Awareness of Modern Trade Retail Market 


Reports to:         Supervisor / Field Manager 

Peers:                   Other Promoters


Experience:        0-5 yrs

Salary:                  15000 – 16000 NTH

Location:             Belgaum, Bangalore, Karwar, Mangalore, 

Any Other:          Age has to be >21 yrs (Male Candidates Only)
