Job Description :
  • Handling Trouble Tickets in the form of Calls/Online Requisitions/ Emails / Voice Mails.
  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
  • To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
  • To log all calls on the call logging system.
Desired :
  • Person needs to be Open to work in 24X7 Environment.
  • Should be willing to learn under pressure situations Team Player, high in confidence Excellent Communication Skills
